The Landworld LWD6K-540S27-M is a compact 6kW modular EV DC/DC converter designed to convert high-voltage traction battery power into a stable 27.5VDC supply for 24V vehicle auxiliary electrical systems. It supports a 400–750VDC input range, provides a nominal output current of 218A and achieves an efficiency of at least 95% under specified nominal-voltage conditions. With dimensions of 242 × 132 × 53mm and a weight of no more than 2.5kg, the module is suitable for electric commercial buses, heavy-duty electric vehicles and other vehicle platforms that require high low-voltage output power within limited installation space. As a modular product, the converter is intended to be integrated into a customer-designed enclosure and thermal-management system. The completed system must provide the required cooling, environmental protection, mounting structure, electrical interfaces and vehicle-level validation. |
