The Landworld 3-in-1 integrated EV power system combines a 3.3kW on-board charger, a 2kW high-voltage DC/DC converter and a vehicle power distribution unit in one liquid-cooled enclosure. The system is designed to support three essential vehicle power functions. The OBC converts single-phase AC input power into controlled high-voltage DC power for charging the traction battery. The DC/DC converter supplies a regulated 14V output for the vehicle’s 12V battery and auxiliary electrical network. The integrated PDU provides a platform for project-specific high-voltage power distribution. Three high-voltage battery configurations are available for different vehicle platforms. The final OBC output range, DC/DC input range and PDU architecture must be confirmed according to the approved vehicle electrical specification. |
