Product Features
The Landworld 2kW modular EV DC/DC converter is designed to convert high-voltage traction battery power into a stable 13.8VDC supply for the low-voltage electrical system of an electric vehicle or electrified machine. Two input configurations are available to support different high-voltage platforms. The LWD2K-380S14-M operates across a 250–450VDC input range, while the LWD2K-540S14-M supports a wider 400–750VDC range. Both versions provide 2kW nominal output power, up to 2.4kW peak output power, and a nominal output current of 145A. With a compact modular structure, aluminum housing heat dissipation, CAN-BUS communication, KL15 hardwired wake-up, online upgrade support, fault diagnosis and multiple electrical protection functions, the converter can be integrated into passenger vehicles, commercial electric vehicles and new energy construction machinery. | ||
Online Upgrades and Fault Diagnosis The Landworld 2kW DC/DC Converter supports remote upgrades and fault diagnosis, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance across various applications. |
High Power Density and Modular Design Its high power density and modular design enable flexible integration and scalability, making it ideal for a wide range of electric vehicles and machinery. |
Digital Design with Redundant Protection Featuring a full digital design with redundant protection, the converter ensures precise control and reliable operation even under harsh conditions. |

The converter is available in two configurations so that vehicle manufacturers and system integrators can match the product to the operating range of the traction battery system.
| Part Number | Nominal Input Voltage | Input Voltage Range | Output |
| LWD2K-380S14-M | 380VDC | 250–450VDC | Adjustable 13.8VDC |
| LWD2K-540S14-M | 540VDC | 400–750VDC |
The correct model should be selected according to the complete operating voltage window of the battery pack rather than the nominal battery voltage alone. The minimum battery voltage, maximum charging voltage, transient conditions and expected operating range should all be reviewed during vehicle integration.
